Default Craft Prophecies Armor with any stats.

I would like to be able to craft armor with the look of an armor available in Prophecies but with whatever stats I want. You can already do this with armor in Factions and Obsidian armor, so why not the 1.5k and 15k armors from Prophecies? As an example, I really like the way Saintly armor looks for monks, but I would much rather have the Shepherd's armor stats.

I'd miss the ability to mock Platemail and Ascalon helm wearers, but that'd be a small price to pay to have this implemented.

You can't tell the crafters to suddenly change how they design their wares... They're stubborn as hell...

I think its a great idea. Even if you could only use prophecie stats it would be better. At least you could wear something other then 15k glads from prophecies.

Seriously though, why can't they do it? I can't imagine it would take too many resources or take too long.

it wouldn't hurt to implement this and it would give something for Anet help prophecies-only players and encourage the everyone to reinvest in their armor since most people go for the most useful armor at the cost it's unpreferred appeareance and vise-versa.

Nah, it's a good idea with Factions armors, but Dragon armor with Gladiator stats? Gladiator armor with Ascalon armor stats? It would just confuse too many people.

Anet has said they will add no more updates to Prophecies. This means this ain't gonna happen
